Shocking Electricity - This half term we have had fun learning all about electricity. We had lots of opportunities to make and create circuits. We especially enjoyed designing and making a clowns face, where his nose lit up and his bow tie span round!

We had an Asian Dance day in October. This was such a great day as we worked with two superb dancers. We created and performed a dance based upon the story of Rama and Sita. The teachers especially enjoyed joining in with the dancing too!

In October we had Science week - which was really interesting as we moved around the school, doing lots of different investigations. We had different science teachers visiting our school and giving us fun assemblies, which we really enjoyed. We finished the week by having a theatre group to perform a play all about materials. It was such a great end to a really enjoyable week.

This week year 3 and 4 have been on a trip to Alcester Roman Museum. We all had a very interesting day, learning all about the Romans and we even managed to touch real artefacts that were from Roman times - we tried hard not to drop them! Whilst we were having our lunch we had a visit from a Roman Soldier - we loved trying on the outfit!!
